Exhibit Opportunities


An Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the 15th International Vasculitis & ANCA Workshop. The Organizing Committee is conscious of the investment that exhibitors make when committing to participate and therefore, the program will be structured to maximize exposure to delegates. All catering breaks will be served in the exhibit hall. In addition, delegates will have an opportunity to win two Apple iPad's by visiting exhibitors and collecting signatures.

General Information


To secure a sponsorship or exhibition space, please complete the Application Form and forward together with a non­refundable 50% deposit. Applications received without a deposit cannot be processed.

Allocation of sponsorship and exhibition space(s) will be made strictly in order of receipt of Application Forms and accompanying deposits (please indicate sensitivity of location to other companies). To ensure your sponsorship selection, please book early.

FINAL PAYMENT
Settlement of all outstanding monies is required no later than 3 months after receipt of deposit; or 2 months prior to the event, whichever is earlier. If full payment is not received within this time, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to re­assign your sponsorship or display space without notice.


CANCELLATION
Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and forwarded to ANCA. Cancellations received before December 15, 2010 will receive a refund of all payments, less the non­refundable 50% deposit.
