Held at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s spacious William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education with ample free parking, the symposium will offer research updates from internationally renowned scientists, as well as breakout sessions on topics such as health promotion, nutrition, fertility issues, and a special track for newly diagnosed patients. The symposium is sponsored by the Vasculitis Foundation North Carolina/Raleigh chapter with vasculitis experts from the clinics at UNC and Duke leading many of the sessions.

Hotel rooms are available close to the Friday Center, to I-40 and in the Chapel Hill area. Several sources of funding are being pursued to help keep registration fees low.
