Abstract Process

All abstracts submitted are peer reviewed. Authors’ names and institutions are not disclosed to reviewers.

Poster presentations at the 15th International Vasculitis & ANCA Workshop require an author’s presence at the poster during the viewing sessions. You will be contacted in advance of the meeting with your viewing date and times.

All authors who have abstracts accepted are expected to make their own travel arrangements, pay the meeting registration fees and cover their own travel and lodging expenses.

All abstracts will be included in Clinical & Experimental Immunology unless the first author requests removal of his/her abstract. To request removal of your abstract from the Abstract Supplement, please check the box (on your abstract submission form) which states “Please do not include my abstract in the Clinical & Experimental Immunology abstract supplement.”

On January 7, 2011, the first author of each submitted abstract will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of his/her submitted abstract(s). If the first author does NOT receive an e-mail by January 8, 2011, please send an e-mail inquiry or fax your inquiry to (978) 304-0936. We cannot respond to abstract status inquires before January 7, 2011. It is the responsibility of the first author to contact non-presenting authors regarding abstract status.
